Well rounded Asana practice in Half Moon Bay

Please join one of San Francisco’s premier yoga teacher’s, Pradeep, for a well–‐rounded asana practice that promises to enhance everyday living. The class will invigorate your body and help you create a calm and less reactive state of mind. You will be encouraged to focus on the process and not the end result. This allows ALL levels of yoga practitioners to enjoy and benefit from the class. Class will include: 1 hour of basic yoga philosophy and Prana (Life Force) plus 2 hours of asana practice incorporating principles from the lecture.
Pre–‐registration is required.
